- Take a look in the PAYDAY 2 Category to see if your issue has already been addressed.
- Ensure that you are running the latest version of the game. Console Patch Notes can be found on our dedicated website.
- Browse the PAYDAY 2: Crimewave Edition Support Page on the 505 Games Support Site, our console partner.
- Take a look in the PAYDAY 2 Consoles Forum or the Official PAYDAY Discord to see if your issue has already been discussed.
If none of the above helps, please create a new thread in the PAYDAY 2 Consoles Forum, or in the #payday2-bug-reports channel on the Official PAYDAY Discord.
