If you are experiencing crashes or technical issues with PAYDAY 2, please do the following:
- Take a look in the PAYDAY 2 Category to see if your issue has already been addressed.
- Take a look in the Steam Bug Reporting Forum or the Official PAYDAY Discord to see if your issue has already been discussed.
- Ensure that your PC meets at least the minimum requirements.
- Update your Operating System with the latest feature update and patches.
- Update your PC's drivers, e.g, graphics (Nvidia, AMD, Intel)
- If using overclocking software, change any overclocked hardware back to stock settings.
- If using any third party mods or modloaders, update or remove them, then try again.
Outdated mods or modloaders can be incompatible with newer versions of PAYDAY 2. - Try to lower the Texture Quality to Medium or Low in the Video section within PAYDAY 2's settings.
- If using Steam, Verify the Integrity of the PAYDAY 2 files.
If none of the above links or information solves your issue, please submit a support request.
