Please try the Login with Steam/Epic option by pressing the Steam/Epic logo on the Nebula login page: https://nebula.starbreeze.com/account/profile If you are able to login and your Steam/Epic account is linked to another Nebula account, please unlink it, login to your current/desired Nebula account and try the linking process again.
If the above doesn't solve the issue, please confirm the following:
- Your Nebula account email address
- Your Steam ID (can be found by accessing the Friends menu > Settings > Show account ID)
If you’re still experiencing issues with your linking your account to Steam, please try the following steps:
- Log out from your Nebula account https://nebula.starbreeze.com/account/profile
- Log in to Nebula through your Steam account
- Finish the signup process, use a different email account than the one you have used for your main Nebula account (We apologize that this is the only way we can fix this problem at the moment)
- Go to Linked accounts https://nebula.starbreeze.com/account/linked-accounts
- Unlink the Steam account on this new account
- Log out from your new account
- Log in to the main account
- Link the Steam account to your main account
