If you started the signup flow, but did not receive the verification code email, please try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Clear browser cache/cookies;
- Allow Pop-ups and Redirects in your browser settings;
- Temporarily disable extensions like Adblock;
- If you're using a mobile device, please try to access the website from a PC/Laptop;
- Try a different browser.
After requesting the Verification Email, please allow our system a few minutes to process your request before attempting to get a new one, as issues with the verification code can be due to a multitude of reasons, such as connection issues or possible disruption of service when submitting the request.
Should you encounter issues finding it, please make sure to check your email [Spam]/[Junk] folders and the [All Email] folder for it. In addition, you can try adding our email [no-reply@starbreeze.com] to your Safe Senders & Domains in your Email's Security Settings.
Alternatively, if the issue persists, we would also highly recommend trying again at a later time.
