If you are experiencing technical issues or crashes with PAYDAY: The Heist, please do the following:
- Browse the Common Problems and Fixes Steam Post with fixes for common issues.
- Take a look in the Technical Support Thread or the Official PAYDAY Discord to see if your issue has already been discussed.
- Ensure that your PC meets at least the minimum requirements.
- Update your Operating System with the latest feature update and patches.
- Update your PC's drivers, e.g, graphics (Nvidia, AMD, Intel)
- If using overclocking software, change any overclocked hardware back to stock settings.
- If using any third party mods or modloaders, update or remove them, then try again.
Outdated mods or modloaders can be incompatible with newer versions of PAYDAY: The Heist. - If using Steam, Verify the Integrity of the PAYDAY: The Heist files.
